Malzemeler:
1 kucuk kutu cig krema (whipping cream 236 ml)
100 gr bitter cikolata
100 gr sutlu cikolata
Yapilisi: Cig kremayi kucuk bir kapta kaynamaya yakin, ocagin altini sondurelim, cikolatalari parcalayip icine atip karistiralim. Cikolata sos kivamini alinca, sogumasini bekliyelim. Soguyunca cam kaseye alip,buzdolabinda 2-3 saat bekletelim. Sonra buzdolabindan cikarip,mikserle iyice cirpalim,kremamizin koyulastigini gorunce,ganajimiz hazir demektir.
